- the Emotional body with essences, hands on healing and sound therapy
- the Mental body with Homeopathy, essences and Emotional Freedom Technique
- the Spiritual body with workshops on spiritual development – starting at the basic level of Reiki, then moving up the frequency scale to Rings, Chakras, Sekh’m and the final levels 4 and 5 of Buddhist based philosophy.
